This really helps me quite a bit. I bought it mainly for the Alarm and wasn't able to find any good videos. I learned more than I thought I needed to know, but I think now I will actually use these features. Appreciate your time doing this video
The video was very helpful because as someone else said, the instruciton manual is worthless. I wish you would have ran through some of the other features. What does "work out" mean? Can I set something to monitor workouts? I can't seem to get the timer feature to work either.
Thanks for the review!! I am going to buy this watch, I wanted something that could count my steps but not synch with a smartphone. A little less tech helps my mental health honeslty
My watch, uses the D and E button for - and +, so it has different directions, any chance of making a video for this version of the Times Ironman Transit + watch? Thanks
Hi … I just got my watch and it show on the screen HR off. I am unable to turn it on . I have put it on my wrist ? Moistened and held 10-12 sec and Nothing! What can I do
Wish these bands came in different colors. I kinda like this style of watch face. I must have at one time got the mens version, ‘cuz it was much bigger than I intended. Maybe it was my husband who gave it to me at one time because the band on the watch I had at the time broke. It was the kind that was molded or fused together.
Yesterday, I did 9000 steps yesterday 4pm. Later during the evening I did 35 minutes of walking on the treadmill BUT, my 9000 steps disappeared and it said 167 in a big font and 96 in a small font. I did not understand that. Wonder why that happened. It was NOT in a Workout mode.
You did not show distance and calories burned. I believe they are accessed by pushing the top right hand button after you see your steps. Question: Is the distance in miles or kilometres? Thanks
When you set it up with your info, in the set up stage, you put in the units you want to use (metric or standard). He does show this in the video, so check it out again.
I just changed my battery and set it up again. Now it shows Hr OFF instead of day/date and I can't figure out how to change it. Help please anybody? Thank you.
thank so much. I just got mine today and it won't read by heart rate...I did as you suggested and dampened my wrist, held it well over 12 secs and got nothing. SO disappointed. Next step: contact timex/Amazon. Unless...ANYONE else has an idea? Thanks
The heart rate monitor would work for me, with some difficulty as you saw, but virtually never works for my girlfriend (who actually has it). I tell her that is because she has no heart and she tells me to leave :)
Yes! I live in the desert AND I have old-ish skin! So, here's what helped: After my shower, I liberally apply a long-lasting, non-greasy lotion to my wrist (in addition to my usual moisturizing routine). This helps a lot! But, yes, occasionally, if it's still giving me trouble, I apply a bit of water or saliva, to both the wrist under the watch, and the finger that I'm going to use to push the HR button with. Try the moisturizing method though; I think you'll find it helps.

Great video but somewhere during my setup I turned off the heart rate function. Can’t figure out how to get I on again. Any ideas? Thanks! BEM 🙃
I would not have been able to setup/use this watch if it wasn't for your video. Thank you 🙏

Thank you so much for making it easy for me to set up this watch.
Glad to help!
Does this have the capacity to track sleep? It said that on the packaging when I bought it but I haven't been able to figure it out.
Thanks so much, really helped me.. especially the heart rate info!!
Glad it was helpful!
Hello how do you check distance? Also can you have distance and timer at the same time?
Does the Timer have a vibrate feature or just a beep when it expires? I need a watch with a vibrate.
Thanks
Also curious about this
Thank you! Without your video, probably would have sent it back.
So helpful! The manual says nothing about the step counter or heart rate function

It’s advertised as having the capacity to set two time zones. I can’t find that feature.
This is so useful!!!!!! Many thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
@@URTechDotCa :) also, sometimes my watch (it’s just like yours) beeps randomly, and it’s not when it turns the next hour. Do you happen to know why?
Thank you!!
