    Soya Chunk Kebab
    Preparation time- 10-15 min
    Cooking time- 15-20 min
    INGREDIENTS
    Soya chunk-1/2cup
    Potato- 1/4cup ( boiled, mashed)
    Sattu/ besan- 3tbsp
    Onion- 1 (chopped)
    Green chilli- 2-3 (chopped)
    Coriander leaves-handful ( chopped)
    Kashmiri chilli-1tsp
    Turmeric-1/4tsp
    Garam masala- 1tsp
    Chaat masala- 1tsp
    Ginger n garlic paste- 1tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Mustard oil- 1tbsp
    Oil- 2tbsp(for fry)
    Butter- 1tbsp (for fry)

    00:00:-Introduction
    00:23:- Squeeze Soya chunk
    01:05:- Transfer soya chunk to grinder
    01:25:- Add all ingredients
    02:02:- Combined well
    02:37:- Make kebab shape
    03:31:- Add oil for fry
    03:51:- Add kebab for fry
    04:42:-Final presentation
