Play To Win is a new hack created by Mr. MS. and it was released in October 2022. It contains 32 exits and features new level designs, new backgrounds and new musics. Some bosses are from SMB 2 like Mouser and Wart.

Mario romhacks will never get old. Sometimes these hacks are so original, it just blows my mind👍
That's a cool sprite of Wart. Also, glad to see he's not been forgotten. I wish Nintendo would bring him back in to the games.

Wow, so nice to see a Mario rom hack that doesn't rely entirely on Kaizo bullshit. Fun level design is the CORE of Mario, and Kaizo just sucks all the fun out of a game and makes it just a pure tedious slog. This looks like actual FUN platforming that's a small step up from the OG. Very nice.

The last one is the Secret Mission theme in Pilotwings.
They were great - but could have used a couple Zelda themes IMHO.
My type of SMW hack.
-Good gameplay (not extra hard/impossible)
-Good custom graphics and colors
-Good music

Well because this has Wart in it, it gets a thumbs up from me. I dig his new sprite too!
This is mind-blowing. The music is sick!! In a great way.. everything is possible!
I applaud the music and the graphics, also the creativity with some of the level baddies and bosses is cool. My complaints are that the levels are too short, and the final boss feels very lazy.

When I saw that first dolphin level I thought there was gonna be a porcupuffer in space! Lol!

These are the rom hacks I love with custom and new boss battles. I won't touch a rom hack that keeps the same boss battles as it feels lazy to me.

You see. That was the problem with Super Mario 2... That adventure was a dream, meaning that Wart and the other bosses like Mouser never existed. Wart has potential and a good alternative to Bowser.
Except Bob-ombs come from Mario 2. Also, Birdo has appeared in the Kart and sports games.

Only point I have against this hack is that the level design is very repetitive. A lot of these are just running jumps over gaps with minor gimmicks. It’s like they were trying too hard to make the hack intense in it s difficulty rather than give more of a varied experience.

Ok SMW hack, but don't care for the top info stuff that other SMW hacks also use. Main problem is you don't have a record for how many points you have.

Nope! I'm sick of these ROMhacks you have to be a pro gamer to play. Kaizo hacks are the worst!
Agreed, I prefer levels which are fair and well designed
The worst part is that Kaizo hacks make Up roughly 90% of all ROM hacks
A pro gamer wouldnt even be able to finish it first time without plenty of deaths, as these poorly designed levels dont test actual skill, but memorization of poor level design
