Die Aufzeichnung des Konzerts fand am 05. Mai 2018 in der Live Music Hall in Köln statt.
Die australisch-amerikanische All-Star-Band spielt Hard Rock in der ganz klassischen Variante - mit vielen Riffs, Powerchords, fetten Gitarrensoli und guter Laune.
Es kommt selten vor, dass eine Hard Rock-Band von einem Businessman gegründet wird, bei den Dead Daisies ist dies aber der Fall: Gitarrist und Songschreiber David Lowy ist der Sohn des Westfield Corporation-Gründers Frank Lowy und mittlerweile selbst Industriemagnat. Der Hobbypilot hat seit der Gründung der Band einige Besetzungswechsel überstanden, doch die Besetzung hat sich nach ein paar Jahren festgerüttelt.
Zu der All-Star-Combo gehören John Corabi (Mötley Crüe/The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Thin Lizzy/Whitesnake) und Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake/Dio). Seit Ende 2017 trommelt Deen Castronovo (Journey/Bad English/Revolution Saints) für die Band und ersetzt damit Brian Tichy (Whitesnake/Billy Idol), der noch beim Rock Hard Festival 2017 am Schlagzeug saß.

questa è la migliore formazione dei Daisies di tutti i tempi. bravissimi anche quelli venuti prima o dopo, ma questi sono il top dei top. Corabi è troppo perfetto per questo gruppo.

With the current line-up it became just another Glenn Hughes band. The magic is gone when John and Marco left the DD....
Rock roll is not dead. Tasty rock from this wonderful band. can´t say that boys are so young but they`re young in the heart and mind forever. This music gives me lots of energy for long time. Good job guys!!

I watched them in Madrid two nights ago, amazing concert with an accoustic set, and "Highway star" closing the show. Great Corabi and incredible band. The best band nowadays. Long live the Daisies!!!
