I really feel Snow Kong -- She's a trainee of 8 years, she has been to several companies and endured different environments, feedback and teaching methods. Sometimes, after going through so much, you lose your true self and the confidence you had before.
But you know what, Snow Kong has the skills and talent. She is set for debut as long as she finds back her happiness and confidence! Kong Xue Er, JIAYOU! You have us who are always supporting you! And Esther Yu, the happy bird in the show ;)
P.S. I actually thought she performed quite well, Lisa is a really on another level to tell the difference haha!

I think Snow Kong is the type of person who dont have strong morale even though she have that quality but one criticism or one bad result can ruin her confidence. A positive way of support (such as from friends) will suit her more. She needs to improve her attitude to handle all the pressures from the competition like this and she will be so much better.

Snow Kong is a bit hard on herself, she picked this song to get out of her usual zone and I appreciate her for that but instead about worrying about what she was to the judges in the prelim assessment, she needs to focus on the present. And the way she did that the second time, it showed that she wanted to show herself. And let me tell you, Lisa sees potential in her, and thats the reason she is pushing snow to that point where she has no choice but to bring the best in her! Lisa is a great mentor and I think she knows what Snow can actually do. Kudos to both the teams though. Lets support all of them!

ACTUALLY i feel that Lisa has high hopes on Snow Kong, the fact that she is always noticing her and pin point her weakness. I think Lisa actually sees something in her and want to help her debut.
Kong Xxuer has the making of a star in her but I think she's too hard on herself sometimes and that makes her lose her confidence easily. I'm glad she had Esther with her to encourage her. Esther is really a gem on the show, people think she's a loud obnoxious airhead but she's far from that. She's a charismatic hardworker and in it really showed in their performance.

I think she lost her confidence was because of the fake scandal, it dragged her down.. But since the scandal has proven to be fake, she is slowly gaining back her confidence.. Esther definitely has been a good friend to her during this period..

For those who are wondering, it was an affair scandal. The ex girlfriend of an Chinese idol accused Snow of having an affair with her boyfriend. It was all fake, the ex girlfriend admitted that she lied just for the attention. But the scandal caught too much attention already, people were leaving hate comments everywhere and it got to her.
I knw she doesn’t know any Chinese but when she calls the trainees by their Chinese names, her pronunciation is solid!! I always knw she’s good with languages!!!

Tbh you can see that Lisa really have a high expectations for Snow Kong. You can tell that she want Snow Kong to debut too and always seek the best coming from her. Snow kong is really good at dancing and Lisa does want her to debut all she needed was confidence but if she can't be confident then she can't do the dance and cooperate but when she danced again you all saw how she was smiling and it looked much much better and I think she can keep it up.

I’ve been on many dance teams and I found that when being called out even for minor things in front of everyone, yes, it’s embarrassing but it makes you work 10xs harder. Snow Kong is my favorite performer here on the show. Keep working hard and if you have to, go straight up to a mirror and perform. That way you can work on your facial expressions play by play as you dance.
