Besides the sceneries, greens , etc. the sounds the you make are the sounds/noise of everyday life that we experienced growing up in the country sides. @@gayyembenph Luv your channel Ben! I'm a retired American soon to move to the Philippines to stay! Luv the land, the people and the food and will maybe hire you to help fill me in on all the things I should know to survive out in the country! I am an old cowboy, with farming and building skills to name a few and wish to live out in the country-side (boonies or sticks as we call it here in America) I luv campfires and foraging for food! You are very lucky to live in such a beautiful and plentiful country! Here in America it is very difficult, weather changes from freezing winters to super hot summers, and BUGS BUGS BUGS that eat you alive if you don't spray poisons all over your body! I have countless ugly scars from bug bites on my feet and ankles! I've lived in Thailand for 5yrs and taught english there.
      And in the Philippines I want to find a good wife.. a farmers daughter with a kid or two, and her farm family to marry into and help to prosper, and to hopefully live out my life with!
      I possess many skills I could teach to them, and I look forward to coming there very soon, as I finish-up remodelling my farm home to sell very soon!
      I would like to pay you to provide me information about farming and life out in the province as you call it. I just want to make others happy and that is what makes me happy as well, and live out the years I have left in peace and harmony out in the country side! Please take good care Ben!

  • @gayyembenph
    @gayyembenph  3 года назад +140

    There is a tree in the Philippines called as Kakawate or Madre de Cacao or Madre Cacao, a leguminous tropical tree that grows mostly in forests and could grow from five to ten meters tall. In Central America it's called Madriado, Cacao de nance, Mata raton or Madre de cacao.
    Kakawate defoliates during dry season and flowers at the same time. So you could just imagine how odd-looking but beautiful Kakawate is during the dry season-leafless tree with nothing but branches and flowers. The flowers are pea-like with petals that are usually lavender, pink or white. It also bears fruits that look like a leathery pod and seeded.(bar.gov.ph)
    Today, I picked some kakawate flowers beside the stream to cook kakawate okoy for merienda(snack). On my way I decided to get a banana leaf as my shelter 'cause it suddenly rained. Luckily it stopped when I'm passing through the rice fields. Hope you like the video.💚
    Special thanks to Sir Lex Von Sumayo, the arranger of the music used in this video at 2:54 and 5:32. Please subscribe and watch his videos @ruclips.net/channel/UCVxyItfHXMqnvGoQ0fbiNgQ

    Wow, Ben, this is a great video! Your sister is becoming to be an excellent cinematographer. She captures the beauty and sound of nature the way it supposed to be. This is what I’m saying all along, you don’t need much conversations because it’s not needed. The focus is on the scenery, and the things that you are doing, I love it! With these kind of videos you will attract more Filipinos living abroad who misses this kind of scenery and the life they used to have, especially your mature audience. Take care Ben, and looking forward to more great videos from you! ♥️💕♥️

    Highlights for this video: getting banana leaf as a temporary umbrella, wish it rained harder :) that very moment which would capture an amazing clip, the music background/arrangement made it more authentic and thank you for including more of your family members in the ending, that was one of the best part.
