I also have a boutique it’s ALOT. There is no down time all the money goes back into inventory and you basically work for nothing 🤦♀️. However you will not know unless you try. So good for you trying it and changing your mind. I’m so glad your back on RUclips and I always drive. I get soooo carsick
Yes as a small business owner totally understand. It takes 3 to 5 years to get a business up and running. You have to put your all in. Passion your whole life all feet in. Your heart and everything. If you don't work it no one else will. Happy that you tried it! If that's not where you want to be it's not failure at least you tried it and you know, that way your not always wonderful what if. Good for you. You still have your business here.

I totally understand when you explained about the economy. I thought you were majorly brave when you first announced you were opening a boutique. Things are just rough right now for everyone. It’s totally ok to change gears!! I know professionals who’ve gotten degrees in things they no longer want to pursue. I have an Etsy shop and I was super into it last year just after I had my baby, but as soon as I went back to the workforce I had to stop because my shop wasn’t making me money really. It was more time to create the products, package, and take them to the post office! I totally get where you’re coming from. You can try new things, enjoy them, but doesn’t mean it has to be your passion or job.
Every time we wanted to try anything weather it be a job or moving, we have always given it a year at least. Ya never know sometimes it works out for you and other times it doesn’t. Our motto is, you never know till you try it out. So happy your back ❤❤

Yay! I really missed your videos while you were gone. It is crazy how we get attached to seeing people that we don't even know in real life. LOL We all get burnt out with work so don't feel bad for needing a break or a change. That is why we get vacation time off right? A time to reset and chill from the day to day life. Costco Trader Joe’s and a chic fil a wow. I don’t have any of those near me😢. We have a Sams’s 40 minutes away. Not sure about the closest chic fil a and no Trader Joe’s closer than 2 hours.

100% understand the giddiness over the new Chick-fil-a!! A Chick-fil-a was finalllyyy built right where we live & my husband & I were both geeking out together.
Also, same driving routine with us! I never drive when he’s around 👸🏽 I don’t fill up my car either. I just tell him it’s getting low & he does it for me. Imma true southern princess & he can’t complain either, he made it this way😂

I just found your channel and I love your authenticity so far. 💗 I can relate so much to what you said about owning a boutique. I too owned a boutique (a childrens boutique after selling dotdotsmile) and in 2022 I did a lot of reevaluating of my business and realized I really wasn’t making any money. It was a lot of fun but I needed a break. Maybe one day I’ll do it again when the focus isn’t so much on making the money. ❤
