I don't think so. It's a matter of evolution. All the things mentioned in the video would occur in hundreds or thousands of years. Just like we evolved to adapt to the life on earth in a REALLY long time!

I didn't watch it all, when you seemed to indicate that bigger heads could evolve in 'the near future', it is worth pointing out that it would take at least 10-20,000 years if done by evolution, and any MAJOR changes will take a million years. It is ultimately ALL about who is having more babies, not some logical or pre-determined route to prepare for the future.
