I am so excited how well your family business is doing; it must feel amazing not to have to go into an office 9-5 which is more like 7AM - 7 or 8 PM! I cannot, however, believe that customers treated you and your equipment so badly! You all were so professional through it all! You will continue to be busier and busier and will have some bad customers here and there, but you all have this, and you will continue to grow and prosper. It is a great business for your entire family to be in together!!!
This is exactly why I stopped doing events and started doing only things I can drop off and leave or ship to customers. The bad people will burn you out I had people steal my items.
Yes take it all as a learning curve you are both Professionals this will make you both Stronger and Better soon enough you will be hard to booked!!!!!!!! Keep up the Great Work xoxo

Can you do videos concerning marketing techniques & pre event consulting? For instance, what things are discussed, how much new equipment (i.e. tables, chairs, etc.) would you be willing to buy to accommodate the client's request and any other info you deem to be helpful? Thanks for all the info!
They are just renting them, they all belong to us . We have the whole alphabet. Multiple Letters of each to spell out whatever the customer needs, but they are rentals, so they all get picked up by us
