The slotted crank is a fine idea. Watch similar videos to see a much easier way of pre-forming the wire loops. You only have to do it your way if you can't fit the pre-formed wire over one end of the pipe.

Super cool tool : You have complete work shop setup to do all the cutting and drilling but I cannot imagine ti fabricate it at home hence I had to depend upon workshop fellows. Kudos to you.

Yes, distinctive style visually, overall. First view of this channel's videos, and 9 months after this issue, so I don't know whether an in-house style sheet has (been) developed, but you're not far from one anyway, so carry on.
Some nice touches: the finished tool in isolation; close-up views showing the hands in the various processes; real-world-seeming lighting (though you could benefit from a large 'fat' fill, even if only a 1 metre dia. disc of mylar); and, the 'story' structure.
Each of these could be built out a bit more. For example, short clips showing setting of stops, depths, measurements, etc., then a no-gloves-no-power 'psych' of the power tool work (at the face), followed by the expected gloves-on-power-on working of the piece…

Habe mit dem Titel nicht ganz verstanden was es wird aber gute Sache. Hält das auch ordentlich? Kann mir vorstellen daß eine Schraubschelle mehr Druck ausübt.
Die Beleuchtung der Detail Szenen gefällt mir gut. Ähnlich meines LED P7 Lensers.

Tools are made up of other tools, so why not modify a ratchet extension to take up the wire, cut the extension so that it fits through the transverse hole and circumferentially groove it so that it can be held captive in the tool by a spring clip, then add stops to hold the ratchet handle against the tension in the wire during the flip-and-cut step?

Mir gefällt das auch nur warum ist mir nicht klar. So viele Schellen braucht keiner, so eine perfekte Sache zu bauen da gehört eine Menge Wissen zu. Metallbau kann nicht jeder .

Недостатки: - у воротка слишком длинная ручка; - большой расход проволоки. Отверстие надо перенести ближе к конусу и вместо воротка использовать гаечный ключ; - проточки на конусе лишние. Можно без них.🤔😒
