Is it REALLY that good though?
We get our hands on a final release metal version of the Rlaarlo Omni-Terminator and show you what’s in the box and most importantly we test it on a harsh testing ground and find out if we should believe the hype around this Mini 1:10 basher .
The model featured in this video is the Green Alloy version with 45A esc.
An upgraded Carbon fiber version with 60A esc and larger motor is also available as well as a roller that has no electronics installed.

I think the hype is real . I have the cf edition . It’s awesome for me . I like how it lands so softly compared to others this size like to bounce and flip . This one has air control . For me , it’s been awesome . Good job rlaarlo

Thanks. I used JConcepts chassis protection sheet. Usually used on touring or track RC cars. But works great on bashers too.

Yeah great video mate and I've subscribed to your channel. I got the Carbon fiber model RZ001B-C and I can't use the gyro because everytime it's on the front wheels start shaking so that is useless.

RLAARLO released a video today showing how to adjust the gyro. I have the same issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed after being adjusted.

Thanks for watching. That’s a JConcepts clear chassis protective sheet. They sell in packs of 2 sheets. Just cut it to size and trim to suit.
I’m really happy you like this truck as I like what I’m seeing every time I see this. I’ve got money for one more big Rc Car in my fleet. Between $200 and $300. The choices are ;this Omni terminator, Maverick Quantum v2 MT and KDM and a KDM Racing Successor. What do you think you’d pick?

For me personally as I’ve tried obviously the Omni terminator …but go for the Carbon Fiber version. That has more kick and it helps. The others are great choices too…. But not popular where I am and not widely available. So I guess your location might also throw a factor in there …
You already know the Omni is slightly smaller than the others. But the quality has to be seen to be believed .

Do you own a 1/10 MT already? I'd honestly get the Quantum or Rival MT10. Size simply matters.

J Concepts chassis transparent protection sheet.
Can’t find any comparison between the two different versions. Even though the one that have the bigger motor and esc cost more they seem to perform equally? So not sure which to get
The CF version has a 60A esc and a larger motor. It will be more capable out of the box. It also has CF parts as standard and a lexan body.
The metal one is a 45A esc and smaller motor with a pvc body.
Both are great fun but the CF version would be the better option having greater speeds and wheelspin.

Not seen any reviews on the alloy upgrade kit.
I was sent some pieces of alloy upgrades.
Wheel hubs, steering safely, 17mm hex, standard servo mount and some S2 cvd.
I have since fitted them and they do seem great. Obviously alloy in the right places will help with durability.
I’ve now track tuned the OT and editing for a chance to take it to the track to see how it’ll fair.

All the reviews I've seen on this everyones thoughts and conclusions are pretty much the same. I guess in that case we already know all the pros and cons as theyve been consistent throughout.
Great little basher then at a good price point. No speed run or size comparison though?

I would also blame the heavy braking from the ESC that forces the nose to dive a bit. I wonder what response in the air would be like if you changed the ESC.

I managed some back flips with my CF version but i was flipping off of a tree
I flipped off a traffics warden . He didn’t like it..🥸
I guess CF version more powerful ESC & motor would be easier .

Yes it is. For the price it's hard to beat. I do prefer my 3s brushless Gorgon for general bashing. The Rlaarlo doesn't handle as good on grass and traction rolls a lot. I'm going to change tires and hope that fixes that. The Rlaarlo also gets pretty hot on 3s. The chassis actually gets pretty hot too the touch even with big fans running. My Gorgon is barely warm after killing a couple 5200 mah batteries. Nothing against the Omni, the Gorgon is just that good. Both are great cheap bashers. You can't go wrong with either.

These look cool but thankfully I can get the Team Magic E5HX+ locally here in New Zealand for a similar price to this but is overall a better package. Thanks for sharing bro. 👍

Dude that magic is an overpriced piece of garbage compared to this truck! They want $550 for the magic… and it’s all cheap parts. You must be joking??
@RC-Closer1313 No joke! Mine a beast. Runs on 4s, double backflips on demand, standing backfkips no sweat. Had been thrashed with no breakages. This is the Plus model with bevelled gears and upgraded parts. It's a tank and definitely as good as the Omni.
I backfliped mine no problem… is yours a carbon fiber edition? The body tells me it’s the aluminum edition… smaller motor… because my carbon fiber edition backflips like there’s no tomorrow!!
I have the aluminium edition with the smaller motor and smaller esc. Whilst still a lot of fun it doesn’t quite have the power to pull off backflips with the jumps that I had. Maybe some steeper shorter ramps would’ve worked better .

Yeah nice truck.. but there customer service is absolutely shit. They will never respond and do not care one bit. I purchased one of these the carbon fiber edition over a week ago when their website clearly said they had 19 in stock pay 20 extra buck for express shipping 3-5 days and and my order is still unfulfilled after a week I'll send email after email with no reply and also their help chat online yeah good luck getting ahold of someone on their. This is ridiculous I've even been trying to get a refund for the last week and no one will answer back. Horrible, be careful with this company fell as if I have been robbed
That’s unfortunate. Hopefully you get this sorted out soon and you can get your truck soon. Maybe try using your tracking code in a universal parcel tracking website to see where exactly it is just in case it’s just a delay in the carriers website.
