@@nunocarneiro464 yeah that body looks so good and I forgot to mention it is easily removable as there are parts to transform it to a flat bed. I guess figuring the mount another chassis may be a bigger issue. Thanks for watching

@@AlidArido the human less trail is actually not easy to access also I want on a weekday so was empty. Living in one of the world’s most overpopulated cities it’s hard to find these places but it’s worth it. Sometimes just have to go the extra mile to reach them. Looks really nice, MN has some great looking scale rigs for the money. I think what bothers me the most is that almost every brand looks to “Toyota, Jeep, ford, and Chevy, but leave out Nissan, Ram (Dodge) and Subaru. Would be nice if they could produce variations of those other brands. Frankly, I like the detail MN packs into their rigs , but I have never been a fan of the performance of them. I think WPL does a better job performance wise than MN. The other thing about MN that I’m not a fan of is their controllers. Super ugly in my opinion. Still a great video my friend. Hope all is well with you! ✌🏼👋😎

Not buying another RC is something none of us in this hobby can do very well😂 you are not alone in this !
These scale trail trucks look awesome. I guess if you choose your terrain carefully you can use as a sort of crawler . I would probably keep this mostly on the shelf .

@@oopster74 this particular chassis is 98mm WB. The more recent Kyosho bodies may fit but I don’t think the knight rider would .

@raylee4324 Thats the J concepts clear chassis sheet protector. Works a treat but you will need to remove it to get at screws when wrenching, thanks for watching
Taping those body clip releases in place should help the body from coming off. I noticed that the body releases when the clip is moved forward., so if you crash going forward that clip will move forward to release the body; therefor if you tape the clip from moving this should stop the body from releasing from a crash.
@@neilyakuza6595 maybe that would help a little. But tbh sometimes it comes off even if the latch doesn’t release as it bends on impact and the catch underneath the body will be bent away from its position. Thanks for watching and thanks for the suggestion 👍🏼
Hilarious intro 😂 I love how it handles cornering, really well planted and no traction rolls. However, the downside debris being flung into the electronics ouch. Wish they made inner fenders or they can offer an upgrade by creating a poly carbonate inner fenders which we could install it on the tower shocks

Great video! I wish a company like Scorched parts would pick up making things for Rlaarlo...if they keep kicking ass with all these late releases it could be a possibility! Rlaarlo, Arrma, and Redcat have been killing it this year, but this car excites me more than any of them!

@RC-Expats-HK i wouldnt complain at all if they just started making all the upgrades they could think of for their cars! I have a Terminator and bought nearly every upgrade Rlaarlo has for it and every single one of them are beautiful and worked perfectly! My biggest complaint with these cars are the tiny screws. I wish Rlaarlo would come out with a better screw upgade kit for them. Lol sorry...I will zip it!
Not at all. And definitely not the first time to hear that. I’ve stripped a few of those tiny screw’s myself and it is annoying. At least they used hex hardware, even if it is tiny slightly soft ones. Agree with you…

Personally, my number is '68' (I use that on all my bashers & race vehicles having numbers). Hopefully, either Rlaarlo, or some 3rd-party, will release inner fenders. The 'best' solution would be single pieces (one for each side) that not only solved the front & rear wheelwell problem, but also covered the sides (preventing dirt & rocks from entering the boat through the nerf bars).
68 is a great number! 46 was a nod to the VR46 livery (Valentino Rossi). Yes single piece inner fenders would do great. Could be retro fitted even. Similar to the ones in the traction hobby Citroen rally car. Hopefully Rlaarlo can do this soon! Because driving on that dirt was just too darn fun. But also a Health risk to the RC! @RC-Expats-HK Oh, I know '46'. But, since the body & livery are unlicensed, that's why Rlaarlo went with '45'. Wish we had rally racing, and more trophy truck racing, where I live. All we typically get is NASCAR, drag racing, and next week's Formula 1 (which I'm lucky enough to get to drive 2 laps on the track each night, in a bus, same as I did last year).
I live in HK where we have nothing bro. We Race with our minds on the subway 😅😅😅

Good review, yours was the 5th video I’ve watched of this release and the best. I had noticed from the very 1st video watched that the body was going to be a major garbage collector like any non-fender short course truck or rally car…..but made all the worse with all the nooks and crannies Rlaarlo puts into their designs. Kudos to you for being the first to make a point of bringing awareness to this design characteristic and for properly testing this vehicle.

😂most polite rally driver 😂 appreciate the honest criticism as usual. After taking my terminator off-road 1 time all the bearings seized up. Seeing how this is basically the same car I knew it would struggle on dirt. I think Rlaarlo missed a great opportunity by not adding rock shields in the wheel wells. I would have preferred them to skip the lights and MAYBE even the clippless body and put that money into shielded bearings and a proper dust cover. Leave an empty light bucket so we can add our own. I think if they made this a true off-road rally car and still kept it under $300 they would dominate that rtr off-road rally market. That being said I guess I’m nitpicking. This looks like an awesome street rally car. This will probably be the next rc I buy 👍✌🏼
