Been using the blood pressure machine for quite sometime and also their scale, definitely updating to the newest one soon. For the Therabody I’m using the TheraFace Pro and just bought the Theragun Pro Plus with the cold attachment and also the Recovery Therm which is awesome cause I can take it anywhere and use it.

About your painful knees from running on the treadmill. I have heard that running on a grass lawn (sod) saves your knees from damage. Running on concrete, pavement, or a hard surface damages your knees over time; even if you use running shoes. Ever since my doctor told me this, I have switched to running on a soft grass lawn surface and have had no troubles with my knees from running.
For tech in combination with health, less is more. But the sleep cover is very cool

Ok the whole “monthly visitor” thing with the smart ring, even though I don’t have one, unlocked a memory recently that was funny. So it’s a short story, but in the morning one of my friends, who is a guy, said, “guys my stomach hurts…” and my other friend who is a girl said: “oh it’s that time of the month?” And me, her and another girl in my group all started laughing. Just thought I would share a small story for you guys ❤️
