I wonder if we could now change the terminology from 'akashic' to quantum field? The definition of ego is the sense of sense(including the self esteem and self worth) which is moderated by the conscience. Co dependent individuals need to develop healthier egos through the development of sound boundaries and learning to say no. Self sacrifice as a way of life will turn you into a 'doormat'. If you don't learn your lessons they will keep repeating in the form of struggles and difficulties because you keep repeating the same behaviours thus getting the same responses. Common-sense. So change your mind then your behaviours(your response to a situation) - and you'll change the outcome. If you're having great difficulty changing in order to have a healthier life by forgiving - use willpower, meditation, being fully conscious(mindfulness) , listening to your intuition, professional therapy, to change your mind and you will be able to let go, detach, move on and develop healthy strong boundaries.
Hi, Peter. I have had about 10 lives that I have glimpsed. The first was when I was four years old. Two new friends (boys) said girls were wimps and so I could not play war with them. I was so disgusted at the insult that I took them back to the French and Indian War. I was a young man serving in the war. We went into his subconscious. When we came back, they said I could play. I was not a wimp. I do not know anything about the man except that he was brave. They accepted me because I had been him. The only other things I got from him was the abilities he had in not getting lost in the wilderness, wrestling, and the ability to face my fears. One thing I know, is that reincarnation is not a punishment but, instead, experiencing an event from every point of view. This is so we may begin to understand the difference between love and fear, and thereby to choose to experience our lives with love of those who are sharing events no matter the pov.

Unfortunately, Cayce was not what they make him out to be. He wrapped falsehood by some profound truths e.g. Jesus was just another human being that attained the Christ consciousness. This is utterly false. Jesus was the one and only begotten son. Cayce was getting a lot of his teachings from the Theosophical Society.
So why do you listen and comment on Cayce oriented lectures? To guide people to your truth? Not much of what Cayce said is new, but how he put it together is new. It resonates with me and with many. Find and follow what you believe in. Be less about what you don't believe in. As the Master said, shake that dust off your boots. Blessings.
