The pronunciation of the words are in ecclesiastical Latin not in Classical Latin. The 'Ge' like in Germania are pronounced as *ghe not *dge like in Italian or Romanian. Nor is *ce or *ci pronounced as *tse/tsi like in Italian and Romanian but as *ke/ki, cuz C in Classical Latin is always pronounced as a K no matter if it is an 'E' or 'I' next to it. The 'ti' in Dalmatia shouldn't make the sound of 'tsia', but the 'tia' in Dalma-tia should be pronounced as th-ia. But the song was nice. Legio Gemina XIIIth was stationed in Dacia Traiana where I was born in, it was a very powerful Legion that served Julius Caesar in his campaign in Gaul.

Here in Canada right now we only get to celebrate the 'birthdays' for old fort outposts during which time costumes from the 18th and 19th centuries helping to depict what soldiers from that era looked like which are maybe being worn by actor tourist guides. Unless of course it is maybe queen Victoria's birthday in Victoria, B.C. Canada too. Probable has something to do with bill #21. The above celebration looks to me instead to be of the victory which Jesus Christ achieved which enabled all soldiers in Rome later to go home to their families instead of serving only ancient Rome - for good.
They are probably italians cause they are speaking italian latin, but in reality it's historically inaccurate cause there was only the classical pronuncation.
Οχι. Μιλούν λατινικά. Τα Λατινικά ήταν η επίσημη γλώσσα της Ρωμαϊκής Αυτοκρατορίας. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε στη ρωμαϊκή διοίκηση, αλλά και για το δίκαιο, την πολιτική και τη θρησκεία. Αν και συνυπήρχε με άλλες διαλέκτους και την ελληνική, τα λατινικά γρήγορα κατέλαβαν τις άλλες γλώσσες.

Italians are more used to ecclesiastical than classic.

No one has got any file from the ancient Romans: both pronunciations « classica » and « restituta » are valid. So are regional ”sounds"
