if the Rav4 is not a fully loaded car does the vehicle still have PBD option? because my grandma has a Rav4 2019 not fully loaded but I followed the steps and the Vehicle doesn't have PBD option.

How do I open the window only? also, it seems when you are too close to the hatch, it requires for one to use the button on the hatch itself.

there's a button under the (hood) for opening the window only. just go under the hood and look next to the twinkler spindle control unit, flip the red nucleoid delineator module to the on position this will activate the window.
