In this video we are going to take a look at the Career Mode on the console version of City Transport Simulator Tram on the PS5.
About the game:
Become a tram driver! Hop back into the cab for the ultimate tram driving experience. Drive modern real-world trams from various cities with physics indistinguishable from the real thing. Take to the rails and transport passengers while sticking to the timetable and strategically set up your own tram routes by choosing from the many stations to build up a fully functioning and effective tram network.
Career Mode: Become an operations manager for the entire tram network in career mode! From humble beginnings and limited resources, start off with a brand new fully customisable tram business and choose your own tram liveries and logo. Get your passengers where they need to be on time and earn XP to level up and unlock more operational resources. Connect an entire network of tram stations: gradually expand your tram lines, increase your fleet of vehicles, and work towards building a city-sprawling interconnected tram network.
Sandbox Mode: No expectations, no pressure, just a chill tram drive. Take in the photo realistic graphics and true-to-life tram physics, day, or night. Create tramlines with no limitations and transport your passengers how you see fit. Take your trams out for a spin and drive according to timetables: a purely classic tram driving experience.

Great video. I'm just ahead of you in levels and already completed all the tasks too. I found a few bugs in the game. No announcements, track monitor not showing stops, turns etc and worst of some automatic points sending me in wrong direction. But I know it will get fixed. Much better game than first one. On a side note noticed you don't use indicators on turns. You get exp if you do. Thanks for another great video TinTin. X😊
Thanks mate, yeah I should train myself to use the indicators....now I can read the signals and know which way I am turning lol
@TinTin_57 your welcome I'm sitting here playing now I've clocked up 35 hours now and just hit level 25. X
One thing that I would love to see changed is the bell mapping on the controller as with the up direction on the dpad is a little hard to use at the same time as the power. I think if it was mapped to the X button would be better. But really think the mapping generally is perfect. I find it easier to control on Ps5 over the pc version. I would love to also have a game that recreates the Croydon tram network in the UK. I know this game is only going to be based on fictional city's. ❤
FYI you don't need to wait till all doors close to lock them. Check your right outside mirror, once nobody is getting on lock the doors - those that are closed already will lock, those that are still open will lock when they close. This way no late passenger will delay you by opening already close doors :)
BTW what irritates me the most at the moment is that for some reason when you arrive to the final stop and drop off the passengers, the game shows you your delta for the next stop, not for the current one. Which is quite annoying, as you have to guess the right departure time if you didn't choose to skip the pause. Otherwise you'll be driving late or you'll get warning that you've departed too soon :-/
Also no announcements on console. Hope t get fixed.
In career mode u unlock trams by driving routes
In sandbox u can use any
On career mode click manage my operation tab
Then click vehicle fleet
U then buy from market on left side
Press circle to go back then click manage lines
On this u create a new line after that press circle again and now click on edit timetables
Inside that u go to the route number u just made and click assign vehicles
Here will then show u the ones u just bought
Go down to the vehicle and press right arrow to assign it then click next step
After that press circle once more and scroll down to start session
U should then be able to see your tram

So I am level 27 now 14 hour's of gameplay it's a fantastic but they really need to sort out the crashing on Ps5 it's getting a bit annoying now, and I'm just hoping for a patch this week 🤞
It's odd because I had that one crash before that release day patch and seem to have been fine since
game works fine on xbox i think the announcements crash the game thats why not working
This game crashes every time I boot it. They need to fix it asap. It's unplayable right now.
Not sure why that is. Apart from 1 crash day 1 on PS5 it's been fine for me
I've only had one crash over 25 hours play. It's unfortunate for you. Try uninstall and reinstall. Hope you get to enjoy soon x
