The judges on the show are music professionals who are acting strictly as judges. Unlike "The Voice," the judges do not participate as coaches during the main part of the competition. The show has a small, but highly-professional, staff of vocal coaches and musical arrangers who work with the young contestants. In this case, "Wicked Game" was arranged specifically for Diana's voice by Alexander Stepin. He is an extremely talented musician, music producer and composer who has occasionally continued to work with Diana as a composer and arranger since Diana finished this show.

She has a polyphonic voice. In essence, she can sing a duet...maybe even a trio...with herself! It's more common in the East (much like throat singing) because it's part of their traditional songs. It's a lost art here in the West, though some of her music reminds me of music heard only during sacred (closed to the public) ceremony of certain American Indian groups. During this performance some reactors wondered out loud, if Diana Ankudinova was using Auto-Tune during this performance, or some other kind of voice enhancement? The general consensus of many more vocal professionals and recording sound engineers, not just reactors say no. There was NO auto-tune added, nor any other form of electronic voice manipulation. Yes Diana doesn't just sing, she's an all-around performer with a strong theatrical background. She's currently a 4th year student at GITIS University in Moscow, studying everything from vocals, acting and dance and probably more. When she graduates, many more opportunities will open up for her, especially acting and teaching. She is a very busy and hard-working girl!

This show is not like the voice, it is a vocal competition that give children with difficult past (abuse, abandonment, orphanage) a chance to show their talents and win admissions to prestigious musical schools. 3 green buttons mean you pass to the next round, Diana never got less than all four buttons in her participation on this competition. She won it twice, once at the age of fourteen and a second time next year when they organised a super show where all the previous season winners and best finalists gathered to decide the best of all times and that was Diana.

Thanks for returning to Diana. She was 18 when she sang, "Can't Help Falling in Love," 15 in this video, and she's 20 as of this writing. This video comes from the 2019 season of "You Are Super!" and is the second of three songs she sang. The first, "Blizzard," is fantastic and doesn't get reacted to enough. The third of the three songs, "Human," is a fantastic cover as well.

This show is not like the voice, it is a vocal competition that give children with difficult past (abuse, abandonment, orphanage) a chance to show their talents and win admissions to prestigious musical schools.
3 green buttons mean you pass to the next round, Diana never got less than all four buttons in her participation on this competition.
She won it twice, once at the age of fourteen and a second time next year when they organised a super show where all the previous season winners and best finalists gathered to decide the best of all times and that was Diana.
