Lovely video. The Forest is my Happy Place. We used to go there as a family every Autumn half term and it has sooo many good memories for me. My Folks then lived in Burley for a while and I think they got more visits from my siblings and me during those few years than they've had before or since. Obviously I'm Team Butter (although I didn't actually like butter even when I ate dairy, so Team Marge if you like). I do let the toast cool down a bit before spreading it so that the toast doesn't end up soggy though. WRT the derailleur issue. Given that you didn't crash or anything was it just the bolt falling out of the hanger? I do think that the trend for sacrificial derailleur hangers is a bit pointless given that most people don't carry a spare and it's just another potential point of failure.
It has so many childhood memories for so many people, that’s just so lovely! Ooh yes, letting the toast cool is a good way to get a good spread!! The deraielalyer broke due to the bike chain having a little kink in it, it went round okay until the pedal went round and pinged the spring out! It’s happened before!
You guys are literally on my doorstep! In fact, you probably drove past my house to get to Marwell! Glad you love the area; you could live here a whole lifetime and still be stunned at what is tucked away in plain sight :)
