Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I hits theaters on November 19th, 2010.

Part 1 begins as Harry, Ron and Hermione set out on their perilous mission to track down and destroy the secret to Voldemort's immortality and destruction-the Horcruxes. On their own, without the guidance of their professors or the protection of Professor Dumbledore, the three friends must now rely on one another more than ever. But there are Dark Forces in their midst that threaten to tear them apart.
Meanwhile, the wizarding world has become a dangerous place for all enemies of the Dark Lord. The long-feared war has begun and Voldemort's Death Eaters seize control of the Ministry of Magic and even Hogwarts, terrorizing and arresting anyone who might oppose them. But the one prize they still seek is the one most valuable to Voldemort: Harry Potter. The Chosen One has become the hunted one as the Death Eaters search for Harry with orders to bring him to Voldemort... alive.
Harry's only hope is to find the Horcruxes before Voldemort finds him. But as he searches for clues, he uncovers an old and almost forgotten tale-the legend of the Deathly Hallows. And if the legend turns out to be true, it could give Voldemort the ultimate power he seeks.
Little does Harry know that his future has already been decided by his past when, on that fateful day, he became "the Boy Who Lived." No longer just a boy, Harry Potter is drawing ever closer to the task for which he has been preparing since the day he first stepped into Hogwarts: the ultimate battle with Voldemort.

awww it took his 6 years to get the guts to talk to Alan Rickman. I think Tom Felton did such a good job as Draco. he's so believably evil and pompous that when you see interviews of him talking about the movies you remember hes a nice guy and then realise how good an actor he is.

I met Jason Isaacs at Dragon Con in Atlanta, Georgia. He's a nice man and very quick. I shook hands and got an autograph from him. If you plan on having a picture with him, he don't take pictures with fans.

I feel like it's hard for some to understand how much of an impact Harry Potter has had on some people on a very personal level and i speak for those people when I say we, one day, may drop the insane awesome fangirl/boying but even after that this series of books and the movies will always have a place in our hearts.
I agree with you. I used to be very into the HP fandom. Still when watching old interviews or fanfiction it recalls the good old memories and lovely people I used to be close with. We all went our own ways but I wont forget. I loved that time of my life.

I remember watching Jason Isaacs as a child when he played in "The Patriot" I was instantly terrified of him because he was a bad guy and ordered for people to be burned inside a church. I was also intimidated when I saw him play Lucius Malfoy when I was a bit older but I loved his character and he's a brilliant actor. Tom Felton is also an amazing actor, and I adored watching him as Draco Malfoy over the years. I look back at all the Harry Potter movies and read the books in memory of this incredible series

I think it's wonderful that both of them have formed a real adopted father and son team! They do things together and Jason is visably proud of him! They even rode rollar coasters at amusement parks! Look at their faces! So happy and Jason is probably the best father figure he could ask for! They are in sync! Smiles!

Gosh i just love the potter series, not just for the amazing story & brilliant overall magic of these movies but for the chance to slightly get to know these awesome, down to earth people that we would have otherwise probably never got the chance to (speaking for myself right now, never been to the uk) so even if i never get to meet any of them i know there'll always be a special place in my heart for everyone involved with this series as i pretty much grew up watching, a fan since 8 turning 19
Everyone thank the casting God's for having turned down Jason to play Lockhart & having him read for daddy malfoy - for we were blessed with his godly looks .. and his fabulous hair choice.

what Jason said about the actors who have to play evil characters is so true. every time I hear an actor talk about the evil role they played they speak about how much fun it was and how they more than likely had more fun playing that part than the hero had playing theirs

wow can she just stop with the "malfoys are evil" rants? my god, did she even try to understand why they were like that, or did she just decide she knew what they were about by only watching the movies (if she watched them)? she really gets on my nerves. even after jason and tom TELLS her that they aren't "evil through and through" they're just in a fucked up situation, force-fed on crazy ideologies, she still goes on with the "malfoys are evil" i can't help but resent her
I always freak out when people say the malfoy are evil. There are so many scenes in the books and even the movies where you see that they clearly have no choice. I mean sure the Malfoys hate against Muggleborns is pretty stupid but I'm pretty sure they never learned anything else. If you hear "Mudbloods are worthless" from the moment you are born every single day, you start believing it.
TheKeineHobbies exactly. especially draco, he was raised to believe things like blood superiority, of course that's going to be a factor. people don't take everything that happened to the malfoys into consideration. they're all about self-preservasion and protecting their only son, and to do that they end up doing what they think is going to grant him (and themselves) the best of protection, siding with voldemort.
