It’s just so imperative that we hear this whole story - as well as see it. The way Paul explains about how the forest takes care of itself and couldn’t ever burn on its own and the way he talks about the loggers. It all becomes so much clearer and thus gives hope that a real difference can be made and is being made. Paul was born for this mission . I was worried about never having someone like Paul - someone like Sir David who seems irreplaceable. It’s such a sense of comfort to know Paul has been here for so long living and breathing this work and getting all of us to see, hear and feel the forest and assure us of what we can all do. ❤

We visited the Belizean rainforest last month on our first ever international trip! I was like a child waiting to hear the howler monkeys each day. Although it’s not even close to comparable to the Amazon, it was still magical and made me appreciate your life’s work even more than I did.
So cool what you are doing. You can be the one to save it and bring it back bigger and better. I think recruiting the locals to become more and more of them into Rangers to band together and really save, protect, and rebuild. This place can save our planet if brought back and made even more heathly.

I upgraded recently from $5 to $10, and I will once again once I can afford to.

I have a 30 meter tall Matai tree, that is a few hundert years old, on my land that you can get into the canopy of by first climbing a 6 meter ladder into the first branch of a Beech tree ride beside it, then climb up to the top of the Beech tree on an old big fishnet and then from there into the bottom branches of the canopy of the Matai. New Zealand's native forest once covered 80% of the land area. Now it only covers 25%.
