TYSM THIS HELPS A LOT!! 💞 My art goals for 2025: - Learn color theory - Get good at rendering - Draw guys properly - Learn to draw different body types
2025 goal: I want to learn to draw digitally! Reason: Gotta learn that before i learn to render n such. I like traditional drawig and love drawing cartoons. I want to eventually learn to animate but again can't learn any of that till I learn digital art well enough to feel comfortable.
being dillusional is the BEST ADVICE!!!!! when artfight 2023 came around i totally gaslit myself into believing i was making the best art on planet earth that will leave people with their jaws on the floor bowing down to me- i had SO much fun once i let go of my insecurities and just started drawing for fun!!! i swear to god thats the moment i drastically improved
“Draw with intention” **Slams the table** YES. I think another tip can be “Look back at your old art if you feel like your art isn’t improving or looks like poo.” Mistakes are part of the art process, like you said. You’d be surprised how much you progressed and as your eyes become more keen as you improve, you see how well or badly your old art aged and find it easier to find the mistakes you made. Compare it to your current art and think about how you managed to remedy those problems.” Another is “appreciate the little things” as in, what are your favorite things you see from your art? What is it about your style that you like the most? Build that warm fuzziness in your heart. “Don’t be afraid to learn how to use black or black airbrush.” Most artists would demonize the hell out of those, and I say it can sometimes work, depending on the tone you wanted. I suggest using it for dramatic vibes and in dark areas in the layering process.
My main goal is art that conveys ideas I want to make and things that i want to explore (rather than just studies or art for social media). My 3 technical goals are better lighting for character art, drawing simplified anatomy from imagination, and drawing and shading stylized hair and clothes. my time frame for these goals is about 6 months (from now until the end of my spring semester).
before anatomy I’d recommend really learning a lot of perspective, form an construction, it really screwed me up when I just dived into anatomy first without mastering those 💔💔 best of luck!!!!!
this was worth the way. main goal is to just get more serious and start working on more things like forms & anatomy. also kick start on gesture drawings and such more. honestly all i want to do is get more serious in art :3
i used to love drawing as a kid but got frustrated when i didn't progress fast enough. but i remember spending hours drawing and painting. last year i started dabbling more into it, and for this christmas my mum gifted me a new set of pencils and pens. i want to draw the characters in my stories, illustrating my imagination and thoughts - i'm excited! for this years art goal i wanna be able to doodle the characters in my current writing project! it's gonna be fun :)
i have a couple of art goals for 2025, like drawing anime better, or trying to focus on drawing backgrounds. maybe even focusing more on poses, or expressions!! :D
3:32 My goal for 2025 is to make my art more lively i usually keep it an uncoloured front facing portrait sketch but now i started digital art and want to try all sorts of new stuff to see what fits me
Hi :) This is the first video of yours that I've seen (I think) - have been dipping back into some art habits after forever recently and this video is honestly so inspiring! Happy New Years, btw!
my plan is to learn the fundies for once because its gonna be 4 years of drawing and my improvement is not nearly as fast as others and it's because i never bothered to do box perspective drawings or anything like that
My own art goal is to get better at shoes! I just.. It is definitely my weakest area. I can't really memorize things without reference in a way others do (aphantasia) but I would love to build some muscle memory for different types of shoes!
I want to be able to post drawings that i love and can be proud of that others will enjoy too. Hopefully i can actually get around to starting a comic I've been working on since last year😅
2025 - I'm still fairly new to learning art, but I'm committed to trying! My goal for 2025 is to learn as much as I can within reasonable expectations, and hopefully by the end of the year be able to draw something I can be proud of I gotta be bad before I can be good - I've done this song and dance once before with learning guitar for 10+ years, I can do it again with art! ^.^
For 2025, I wanna learn anatomy and color theory🔥🔥 lets js say ur vids are ALREADY helping me out sm and the way you teach ur audience is just so entertaining 😭 I am so proud to say you gave me my motivation back
My dream is to just start... I have been wanting to learn and draw for over 4 years now and yea i drew some stuff here and there but only 6 drawings over 4 years that means i just barley draw one or two drawings and then burn out the rest of the year. Tbh I wish I have a friend that is staring to draw like me and we have like a call every other day drawing together as a motivation.
I want to improve my art and draw curly hair and understand colours and have my dream art style and draw better anotomy and and and [cries in I have school]
THANK YOU FOR THE TIPSS!!!! (Even after watching these types of videos, I still can't draw well after a couple of years because of my low motivation lmao😭)
I want to have a better flow with my drawing. Basically just spend less time getting pieces finished. Mainly for the purpose of practicing more and exploring different styles.
my goal is to figure out how to make my art more colorful and vibrant and to learn how to draw with my finger on my phone cuz thats the only thing i have for digital art 😭 (by the end of march!!)
My goal is simple, anatomy, perspective, and colour (not really colour, I just find it funny asking my friends what colour I’m using and them saying “blue” and me saying “it’s pink”). I bullshitted anatomy and avoided perspective too much
My problem is with Digital something else I can't really adjust the tools it looks everything 2d etc I mean after sum tradition tutorials my art looked a little bit like the videos but idk I think I going to give up in digital art
2025 Next year I want to get better at render and poses (cause the poses I draw are pretty much the same and they're plane and its upsetting me uughh) I think that's enough for now x3

my art goals for 2025:

good luck!!!! you can do it :D
My biggest and best advice as I picked up art again is to focus on one subject. And practice, learn and understand why and how YOU draw. Good luck!
i used to love drawing as a kid but got frustrated when i didn't progress fast enough. but i remember spending hours drawing and painting.
last year i started dabbling more into it, and for this christmas my mum gifted me a new set of pencils and pens. i want to draw the characters in my stories, illustrating my imagination and thoughts - i'm excited!

I want to learn to draw more for myself and less for others. Just draw what I WANT to and not worry about how others will respond.
i have a couple of art goals for 2025, like drawing anime better, or trying to focus on drawing backgrounds. maybe even focusing more on poses, or expressions!! :D
