This video is only a guide, repairs to your vehicle should always be carried out my a qualified mechanic using workshop manual and follow all safety guidelines.
Will use this video as guide for my 2001 2510. Thanks
I am also a new owner of a older Kawasaki Mule, when I bought it from my friend I knew it needed both boots replaced, this is a great video, looks so easy to replace them.. Thank you
Thank you. Hope it is helpful and as easy as it looks.
your video helped me change my cv boot. Thanks for uploading.
Nice work thanks I was thinking on replacing the whole axle but now I’m going to check it before ordering any parts thanks
new subscriber, as a mule owner i really appreciate the great video, thank you 👍👍
Kevin Burgess thanks Kevin. Have fun with your mule.
Great video! Thanks a ton!
Glad it was helpful!
Just the video I needed
Great video. Could you specify which models share this same assembly? I have removed the drive shaft assembly but am unable to separate the shaft from the outer ball-race. My Mule is a KAF620E vintage 2003 I believe.
Not sure on what other models. usually CV joints are very similar and will have either s circlip or will hit off with hammer. might pay to get a workshop manual specific to your vehicle.
I followed your video but I'm having problems getting the hub/rotor back on. Something is stopping it from sliding back on the akle. Any idea?
I had a little trouble with this too. Cut out a lot of footage as it took a little to get on. Check that the hub is not getting jammed on the brake shoes. Back off adjustment. Make sure the spline is clean. By memory it was a tight fit.
Why didn’t you put a link to the CV boots?
👍👍👍
