Got a question? I got a 2007 3010 mule trans and the high gear works good and the low gear works good but when you put it in reverse it don't click or make any sounds of trying to go in gear what do think it might be?
2015 Kawasaki trans 4x4 4010 mule ... lost the transmission I’m guessing yesterday will this be the same tear down method.. never done transmission work but I think I got a few friends that would help with the tear down
I've got to teardown a 3000 mule (2003) Jumps out of forward when travelling..Been told three lugs on gear had corners taken off with shifting when moving..so have got to replace gear...can i strip the trans side (r/h) with out stripping the left/hand side to get to gears? Cj UK
it's Corden on what gears you are replacing but most of the gears are in the inside of the transmission so usually you have to split the case to get to them it's a lot easier if you take the transmission out then to do it in the machine
Hi, Do you fix others mule trans and if so how can i get in touch? just got a 07 3010 and n is reverse, forward is reverse and reverse is reverse. Thanks
Also my Kawasaki mule takes about 2 seconds for it to start moving when pressing the gas pedal. This delay happends in forward and reverse. Is that normal? What is the issue?
I have a Mule 3010 that had low compression and I put a rebuilt engine in it. The problem I'm having now is that while both the primary drive clutch and secondary driven clutch spin together with the engine idling in neutral, as soon as you go to put it in any gear the secondary driven clutch completely stops moving and the primary drive clutch keeps turning so the belt makes a very loud squealing noise due to the friction of rubbing against the secondary driven pulley. I put a new secondary driven pulley and belt on it and the problem still exists. I inspected the two gear selector linkages on the transmission and they both operate freely. I even went out to look at a friend's Mule 3010 and took a video of the operation of the two gear selector positions in high gear, neutral, low gear, and reverse to compare and they look to be identical. Does anyone have a clue what would be causing this? The only other thing I can think of is that when I first went to start the engine, the shifter cable bracket was still hanging loose since it is bolted to the engine and I had to move it around a bit to get it in neutral so it would crank. Not certain if this could have caused any issues, but again both of the gear selector levers appear to be operating properly. Transmission fluid is full and clean. Any ideas?
Thanks for the video. From your experience, can you attatch an electric motor to this trans? I wish to convert to electric but dont know trans will do the job.
My kawasaki 2008 3010 makes a squealing noise when the 4x4 is in gaged. Only makes this noise when the vehicle is moving. The noise is coming from some where in the front. When the 4x4 is disengage, the squealing sound goes away 5 seconds after 4x4 is disengage. Anyone has an idea what is causing this noise?
Can you show how to adjust the shifter cable on the transmission end
Great video.👍👍
2003 3010 Kaw. the trans will separate from the engine? the service guy said the are one piece.

It could be the chain broke inside
Great info. Thanks

I have to go into my 2010 gearbox. I shift into forward and reverse, and it spins- I was wondering who you buy your parts from.

What state are you in

As long as you hook the clutch is up in the line it right it should work
