Steps to remove rear brake pads Step 1: Remove wheel and brake oil lid. Then unscrew using key 15/13 the below bolt and top bolt to remove brake calipor. Take pads off. Step 2: Remove both walk rods (top and bottom ones). Lubricant both with grease and simply slot back in. Then wire brush everywhere. Clean and wipe everywhere using brake cleaner spray. Step 3: Press piston inside the caliper to the original position. This is done by rotating and screwing in. Once tightened you can place brake pads on both sides of the disc. Step 4: Use copper spray to spray the new brake pads and wipe down. Spray disc too where they will be placed. Then once placed give wipe. Spray brake cleaner finally all over including piston. Make sure clips are sticking out ready for calipor to be placed over them and the new brake pads. Step 5: Return calipor over the clips. Put both bolts back in. Use key 15 to tighten both bolts. Close the oil lid in bonnet. Press brake pedal hard. Put wheel back on.
Ako nemas alat onda uzmes neka veca kljesta kojima mozes lijepo uhvatiti klip. I vrtis klip. Samo moras paziti da ne ostetis zastitnu brtvu. Vidim da se takav osnovni alat na netu prodaje od 150-200 kn. Pozdrav!
I didn’t Have the tool to wind the calliper piston in. I used a quick clamp to progressively compress the piston while turning the caliper piston with a pair of mole grips.
