DJ Solitare at ZNA Gathering 2019

- A collection of video clips from my set closing the Goa Guardians pre-party on August 20, 2019 at the 2019 ZNA Gathering in Portugal.
The 2.5-hour set featured an array of classics from the 90s, both released and unreleased, with the closing numbers being of particular interest to Goa fans: the extraordinarily rare 25-minute unreleased desk mix of Slinky Wizard's classic track Wizard, which I blended into the last half of another unreleased desk mix, one of The Infinity Project's Uforica... the end of which I faded in and out with the alternate opening of an unreleased 1993 version of Hallucinogen's LSD. The first 12 minutes or so of Wizard has no kick drum, but given the 'specialist' atmosphere of ZNA and the fact that this area was becoming an ambient zone after this set, it seemed like a great way to transition from the full-power pre-party into the main event. And as you can see and hear, even without the kick there was a lot of focus and raised energy ... the cheering as one electro riff echoed through the tent was an unforgettable experience!
On a few occasions, multiple people were filming at the same time, and I've presented some of these different angles in this montage.
