Chile, i was raised on bone in fish cause my grandpa or uncles caught it. They would literally put the fish in bags of water and put em in the freezer. When you thawed em out they would be swimming in the sink!!! I didnt know about filet fish until we started buying fish when i was about 13 years old. I had my own fishing pole reel and lures in a box! We gotta get back to those days!!
