The home is just stunning and would take a long time to adapt to all of it’s beautiful features. The yearly maintenance and utility bills must be outrageous.

@Bobbi Lynn I would sell the mansion, create a fund, and buy a smaller home to be able to afford the maintainance fees, perhaps I will buy a condo or hotel unit in a big city cause those are very easy to manage. This property isn't good for investment.

Gorgeous estate, but not homely enough for me, and too much dark wood. The grounds and landscaping are magnificent and the panoramic views from the master suite are to die for. But I would be worried about the chandeliers falling on my head, also not a fan of the kitchen.
Those chandeliers are secure with steel screws between the concrete i don't think those builders and architects are irresponsible doing their job

So that's what 12 million dollars worth of glitter looks like. This home abandons all principles of architecture and is nothing short of a monstrosity. No matching windows, no window alinments, no smmetry, and non functioning balconies in the front. This house is having an idenity crisis, not knowing if it wants to be Spanish Revival, Morrocan (with the Morrocan style arches in the front) or Italian Renissance with the Romanesqu columns in the back. Medevil style turret in the back? Sure... why not!
The interior is just as puzzling as the exterior. An open foyer into multiple different rooms on different floors. I cannot imagine how much the utility bill must be just to air condition this one area only... not to mention the rest of the house. Why build a large non functioning bookcase on the 2nd level in the study that no one can reach, let alone dust?? Cathedral ceiling in the bathroom with a glass and brass chandalier hanging above the bath tub. Sure, why not? The one thing that this house does having going for it is space. That is about it. There are beautiful homes out there... this isn't one of them.

I don't understand the need for three pools. The one pool with the cave and inside pool bar should have been plenty for any normal family in my view. A lot of waste. And the house inside is a bit dark, imagine at night it must really need a lot of lighting.

The homeowner would not be doing the yard work. This isnt the typical 2500 sq ft home on a 0.15 acre lot.

Knowing just a handful of mega mansions and properties like this, I'd guess monthly bills exceed $10k. the landscape maintenance alone can be $5k if that's 28 acres at $175 per acre.
