I am very much like you when it comes to washing dishes. However, one thing to consider is that one cannot put anything wooden into a dishwasher, including cutboards. Also, any cutlery or utensils which have handles (like your forks and knives) will eventually get destroyed by putting in a dishwasher. So you may want to consider whether you have enough plain glass, ceramic, and china items to warrant the expense... Of course, it is also very good for pots and pans (except for cast iron) and can be extremely useful on those days when preparing a week's worth of meals or side dishes (all those measuring cups, beakers, metal spoons, and snap-lock containers) so that may make it worthwhile.

Ce n'est plus une obligation mais la satisfaction d'un lieu qui me plaira. Je n'aime pas les tâches ménagères mais j'adore les lieux propres et accueillants ! Donc je les fais pour ce moment à la fin, ce moment de calme et de satisfaction (et d'un café aussi) ☕ Bon week-end 🌷

Many years ago when our sons were young, we used to go hiking in the hills of the Arizona Desert.(USA) One day we were walking along on very barren terran littered with small Volcano rocks. There on our path was the smallest Daisy I've ever seen in my whole Life. It was about the size of a pencil eraser & had no leaves. I stopped & pointed it out to my husband & sons. I told them "You see that Tiny, Lone Daisy blooming there? If we hadn't of walked by Today no one would have even seen that Daisy, yet it still Bloomed, bc it is Blooming for the Glory of God!" Our Oldest Son just reminded me about that little Daisy a few weeks ago. He said it made such an Impact on his Life that he'd never forget that Daisy & what I told him that Day. Remember "The Daisy" when you think of being alone! Even when no one sees you, you still can "Bloom" for the Glory of God. In that Blooming you will find your Healing, your Peace & your Contentment! 😊🌷🇺🇲
