Hi, the error No12 means: "No pulse ejection in the next two empty cycles) The reason can be: No lift pin: - blocked strainer in coffee extraction chamber - lost pin while lifting actuator (Restore the spring tension) - "Switch" incorrectly closes - pipes too much tensioned - no release lever by metal part -> put shim thickness of 1 mm (f5 mm) between the screwed the base circuit and the metallic plate - Poor power connection - "Switch" incomplete (moving part) It is hard to explain, but you have to check this part: ruclips.net/video/ZWNQ2C9nV7A/видео.htmlm40s for sure this metal stick (how to call it) holds this white head on the bottom of the chaimber.
+Mariusz Grden both fixed now, first one needed food grade-oil to "cake lifter" and second one had same oil problem plus the helper pistons lowest small spring was inside the plastic part which rises the "cake lifter" in the end, needed to be outside between the plastic and metal support.. helped a bit of having two jnits, but your videos helped alot too. thanks :) i also saw easier way to change helper pistons o-rings, just opened the top part (platic part with two o-rings and waterhose, then pull out the piston (i used flat scredriver), change o-rings and put back, done and ready without removing the springs / bottom parts which help rise the cake etc.

Po uruchomieniu ekspresu słychać jak silnik przeskakuje i koniec. Pomyślałem, że jakieś zębatki poszły. Wiec rozkręciłem wszystko, silnik jest i to sprawny. Jednak na samym dole silnika wychodzi taki element zakończony krzyżykiem i wchodzi w drugi który napędza trzy inne zębatki, ukryte pod blachą, pod silnikiem. Jednak te trzy zębatki pod silnikiem bardzo ciężko chodzą, myślę, że silnik nie ma siły. Pytanie teraz: Czemu one tak ciężko chodzą? Czy tak powinno być? Smar jest i zębatki są całe.

Estas máquinas todas todas a los 6 meses tienes que abrirla para limpiarlas y el colmo es que después de cada café el siguiente café y el siguiente café se hace sobre restos del anterior café tiene un sistema de molido bueno pero el sistema de evacuación del café usado es penoso el brazo que elimina café usado es mucho más fino que el grosor de la pastilla que queda remanente del café y aparte de esto lo golpea con demasiada fuerza y hace que el café de remanente se esparce por el interior de la máquina sin embargo las cafeteras italianas Delonghi tienen un acceso como ninguna para limpiarlas la cámara dónde se hace el café se abre con tanta facilidad y sin usar ni un destornillador esto se concluye en que cuanto más limpia la máquina después de varios usos y más fácil de acceder a limpiar sin un tornillo sin un destornillador encima se puede lavar a chorro de agua no tiene parangón yo ahora comiendo las máquinas italianas Delonghi no me pagan por ello ni soy fan ni un ni de la una ni de la otra pero en términos de limpieza mantenimiento y durabilidad las veo mucho mejor las Delonghi
