@@BackpackingwithBuckley lmao! 🤣 It’s a fun little hobby when the weather isn’t really ideal for hiking or camping! Once I found out there’s gold on the shores of Lake Superior I got hooked! 🤩😂
@@adamjones6942 thanks! I was just wanting to see how each type of material would run through it! First time using so I wanted to get a feel for it! Plus it was just fun 🤷🏼♂️🤣
@@Ontrail82Late to the video I know but to both your points I believe seeing a pound at least of the unclassified material go through would have been a good addition to your testing. Great vid ❤
How come you don't use a scale which weighs to the thousands or 0.001 g? For example 1.5 g on the current scale could be 1.599 or 1.501. As detailed as you are I was surprised to see this scale. Oh and I am sure I saw the cat sneak a nugget away :)
Haha she’s a good gold sniffer! That scale just so happens to be the only one I have for the time. It’s an old one I’ve had for years. I ordered myself a new one lol
@@Ontrail82 Right on! When doing the gold weigh it is so much better to see a 0.292 then a 0.2 imho. You know what they say it is the little things in life :)
All right, I like the hillbilly music in the beginning. That was great! Liked the twang but also a really good video. Enjoyed watching it
@@donaldwalentiny3633 haha thanks! It was a good time!
Love the big Lake Superior agates to weight the pan down! Minnesota agate Hunter myself, just recently got interested in panning for gold!
@@brianjensen6724 haha thanks! I love agates! I’ve also just recently got into the gold panning and it’s addictive! I’ve got the fever!! 🤣
Cool video brother, makes me miss doing this stuff.
@@jpradprospecting8820 thanks! It’s easy to get addicted lol
Quite the interesting hobby dude! Hopefully you find enough gold to form a posse soon!

Your cat thinks you bought some of the expensive litter
@@EMFMiner 😂😂😂 that’s how she was looking at it! Didn’t wanna touch too much! 🤣
Sweet gold what an awesome gift, but why explain how efficient it is and then still classify?

Stack the sieves. Goes much faster. Large at the top to small at the bottom. Just my 2 cents.
Thanks! I’m still new to this stuff! Makes sense why they all fit together! Appreciate the advice! Thanks for watching!
@@Ontrail82 No problemo my guy! Keep up the good work!
