Do you not know how John became Jigsaw? Because he already has a back story. You can't just make up one. He drove himself off a cliff out of depression from the news of his cancer but survived the crash through great odds. He then invented his sick games because he wanted people to earn the right to live or to see if people had what it took to survive, blah blah blah. The Jigsaw replacements were just his students that took over after he died.

Glad I don't get scared from horror stuff. Although this may have been some Sid from Toy Story shit, I don't get nightmares anymore thanks to my dreamcatcher. My advice, get one and hang it above your bed. Trust me, they work.

In a different context this could totally be an scp.

A pig who fell victim to the butchers knife. It watched as it’s body was cut up into cuts of meat, but when the butcher was busy, it took various cuts of meat and assembled a makeshift body which it then used to kill the butcher and steal his body. Unfortunately any body parts it uses decay overtime, forcing it to keep a steady cycle of fresh parts otherwise it falls apart. It is willing to kill, but will often resort to scavenging from anything already dead. Is especially active near morgues, cemeteries and slaughterhouses.

They say the head can still be alive even after decapitation for a few minutes although it’s mostly just loose neurons being fired
Not a few minutes, 20 seconds actually. I could be wrong though, but this is what I heard.

That was kind of funny that the pig head combined other meats to make a monster body, like Legos and Power Rangers. Too bad it was only for a brief time, it would've been funny to see how all his meat limbs worked, besides the chicken head holding the knife.
