Hello David and Nong. Love the map. They were starting to set up Collis when I was there. Glad to see it has opened, and happy you and Nong are supporting/ promoting the local establishments. The ladies do get quiet when they are enjoying their food. 🤔

Nong was eating baby back ribs. Usually the restaurants here label spare ribs as baby back ribs. I can tell by the size of the rack they were baby back ribs. I have to go there. Hell, 115b for a Caesar salad is cheap.

It seems lone star is a popular name in se Asia I know there is a lone star saloon in Phnom Penh.
