    I am a 65-year old masters thrower and I have been doing these. I also do variations stairs and Hungarian squats, as I don't do dead lifts or Olympic bar squats anymore. I still get the same thrill from a good throw as I did when I was young, maybe more!

    this is great stuff....Thanx! ....Also, I know I'm a novice, but I can't help to comment on the throw you showed of Sam at the Olympics....it seemed to me he slowed a little before releasing......when I watch the other throwers there usually isn't that slight hesitation he had in this throw....perhaps if he does that all the time it may be costing him 10 to 20 feet in distance and maybe this is not his usual throw.......anyway, I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but I thought I would comment on it.....take care and kind regards....

    Observation: Your dude demoing the exercises doesn't seem to use his legs that much. Am I wrong?
    Question: Do you encourage your people to do the extra exercises with their non-throwing arm to maintain some kind of developmental balance?

    On the side med ball tosses specifically do you work both sides or stick to your throwing movement
