I think talentcard is the best fit so far from other lms I've checked.
TalentCards is definitely one of the best from a user experience perspective. If you are looking to sell your courses Kajabi may be a better fit because it is an all inclusive platform with all of the infrastructure you need to sell as well. Sadly TalentCards does not have SSO but it does have extensive API documentation to integrate with other systems. With that being said if you are looking for a LMS to train employees that is SSO enabled, we recommend checking out TalentLMS (bit.ly/ep-talentlms) Here is some more information about TalentCards and TalentLMS and a link for each to sign up for free accounts to test each system.
