We really like TalentLMS and want to use it for our customers. We are a safety company and have many small contractors that want us to provide content and an lms with management. Would TalentLMS work or would you recommend another?
Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have shared so far you most likely either want to go with TalentLMS (bit.ly/ep-talentlms) or TalentCards (bit.ly/ep-talentcards ). With that being said, it really comes down to where your learners are going to learn (i.e. using their phones or desktops) and how you want the training to look. If your learners are primariliy going to learn with their phones, we highly recommend TalentCards (bit.ly/ep-talentcards). However, if you forsee them learning via their computers and phones we highly recommend TalentLMS (bit.ly/ep-talentlms). The great thing is you can sign up and test both of these systems for free and they are both low cost/high value LMSs once you decide which one is best for you. We have a complicated set up and will need that time. Hello, I am a dog trainer. Each of my clients will receive new exercises per week. I need an easy way to add exercises to my clients profile. It would be ideal if I could finish up their in person class, then go to my car, load up an app and simply select the specific exercises from a database then add to their profile right there. So it's not so much courses I'm looking to build but rather have a huge database of exercises that I can select from to add to specific client's profiles. Is there an app or service that fits these needs? I've been searching all over but all I can find is services that offer course building. As in a select group of students can enroll in the same course. In my case, each client will have their own unique set of exercises that can be updated each week. Sorry for the redundancy in explanation but it's difficult to explain :) Hopefully you can help steer me in the right direction, thanks!
Here are my thoughts on this. It really depends on how many difference exercises you have (i.e. how many exercises do you mix and match for your clients?). Let's say you have 10 different exercises that you pull from to serve your clients. How I would personally solve this is with a business management system called Kajabi (bit.ly/Kajabi-30-day-trial) You can use my affilaite link and get a 30 day free trial to test this out if you like. What you can do is easily build 1x video based course with any downloads your clients needs within the platform. Then what you can do is "grant" access to each of the courses your clients need when they need them. So let's say you have 10 different exercises. You can build each exercise into its own course and then "grant access" to the 5 courses your client needs. You can also create different pricing options in Kajabi related to what your clients need and collect payment either as an upfront cost, a payment plan, or even a membership. In addition, you could actually sell access to a dog training community with all of the exercises built into the community and set it up so that your clients only get access to the exercises 1 week at a time. THey can then ask you for coaching within the community and even interact with one another and coach eachother. I persoanlly run 2 very different online businesses using Kajabi and have 45+ clients using Kajabi right now in very different businesses customizing it for their needs. Hope that helps.
