Not everything needs to be spoken out loud, for the public’s consumption. I get that we’re in this trend of “everyone living their truth” but saying she doesn’t think she ever loved Shaq isn’t for the public’s ears, especially since they have kids together. What did she gain by that?

Also, you would think she would have more etiquette than that since she's posing as some type of first lady of a church. 1 Timothy 6:10 The phrase “money is the root of all evil” is a well-known saying that suggests that the love of money or an excessive focus on wealth can lead to negative outcomes, such as greed, selfishness, and unethical behavior.
I'm so tired of us women always putting other women down when they express their feelings about their situation. Yes, she didn't have to explain anything too the public, but, she did, and she wanted to talk about her book,, and to see nothing but us women tearing down another woman about how she feels In her last marriage. Those are her feelings and what she went through, not none of us. we need to grow up. Us Women are so quick to judge someone and don't know the full background of what actually happened in their marriage. like she said she wanted to share what she wanted to share.

Shaune was married before Shaq with a 2 year Myles O'neal! Shaunie 1st husband and Myles biological father name is Daven Lamar Baptiste. He was working for Sean Puffy Combs. He was working with Shaq at the time on some business. They were considered friends. He introduced Shaunie to Shaq. They started sleeping together. Well, Shaunie gets pregnant with Shareef. She immediately divorces Daven and then, she marries Shaq. She also has Shaq adopt Myles! She has always been a rotten person. Wait, it doesn't end there! During the marriage with Shaq, she was stealing money from Shaq. She bought a home for a boyfriend, she had know, I believe since HS. She was giving him money too. @@Mr._Moderate In my experience I have endured painful experiences and I used to feel like I was the only one. This left me feeling isolated and all alone in my pain. When I read a book, watch a podcast, or attend a live event and someone shares the pain of their story and how they moved forward it let's me know that I am not alone and that I too can move past it. There is a way to share respectfully and there is also a way to share that shows a lack of respect for others.

It is not appropriate to expose a member in public like this. Regardless of whether the person has been doing something wrong for four years or not, it should have never been discussed on a webcast. The discussion should have been cut out. Moreover, discussing spiritual matters outside of the church on a national TV platform and exposing an unknown person to ridicule is not something a shepherd should do. It is not in line with what the Bible tells us. Are we more concerned about being on the right side of what this man is saying or are we concerned about the person who has been exposed? The soul is more important than what you want to hear. Only God knows how to make things right.

As a spiritual counselor, I speak with so many young ladies who just want to be married for the sake of being married or what that represents (in their minds). However married is so much more. There are many who fantasize marriage and will stay in unhealthy relationships.

It is not appropriate to handle any church situation by going on TV to defend it. This action displeases God and creates a one-sided argument since the other party does not have the opportunity or platform to express their feelings. I do not believe that such matters are the business of the church, and it should not be taken to the secular world for judgment. Such actions make mixed Christianity look foolish, and everyone has the right to judge it.
Who are you to determine what pleases and displeases God? Did God appoint you to speak for Him? I doubt it. Sounds more like that action displeases YOU and you're just using God to attempt to strengthen YOUR opinion about it. Don't speak for God. Speak for yourself. Unless you have scripture to back up what you say, that is.
