This was a scene from the rescue 911 episode, "brake less bus". This was filmed in the late 1980s/Early 1990s. This was a re enactment of a true story, like most rescue 911 episodes.

What if I told you the school bus one really happened in real life back in the 1990s/1980s. The clip was from an episode of an old TV called rescue 911, were it shows true stories from the perspectives of witnesses, survivors, and first responders, and include actual 911 calls. It it's runtime was from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s
