Ingredients 配料 :
1 Pig trotter 1只 猪脚
5 Eggs 5粒 鸡蛋
2 Tau kwa 2块 豆干
8 Small red onion 8粒 小葱头
12 Garlic 12粒 蒜头
30g Ginger, thick slices 30克姜, 切厚片
1 Cinnamon 1条 桂皮
5 Clove 5粒 丁香
½ Star Anise ½粒 八角
10 Rock sugar 10粒 冰糖
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
Seasonings调味料 :
4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 4汤匙 酱油
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
3 tablespoon HuaDiao wine 3汤匙 花雕酒
