1 Cinnamon 1条 桂皮
5 Clove 5粒 丁香
½ Star Anise ½粒 八角
10 Rock sugar 10粒 冰糖
½ teaspoon Five spice powder ½茶匙 五香粉
Seasonings调味料 :
4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 4汤匙 酱油
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
3 tablespoon HuaDiao wine 3汤匙 花雕酒
