I guess you can take a next Leonardo Express if you miss the one you bought the ticket for.
How far is a walk to terminal 3 from the train stop? After checking train schedules and tickets on Trenitalia, we have early 7:30am flight and it looks like the first early morning train seems to be at 4:50am from Roma Termini and arrive at 5:22am at Fiumicino Aeroporto.
