I just installed my PX6 6 Core fastboot 9 into my Cadillac XTS and its a beast. I had to tweek the settings to get the cue console to show properly but other than that, it rocks!
Any sound quality issues during initial installation? I have the PX3 and can't get the sound right. Once the volume gets over 20 the quality turns to crap and the speakers start popping. It's not a distortion sounding pop like I'm driving the speakers too hard but sounds more like amplifier clipping. Any specific audio settings you had to change? I have the 2015 Limited with JBL audio. I can't figure out if its a setting problem or just a bad unit since I purchased it used.
I have the non-jbl so my setup is a little different. With that said I had no issues with it. Only thing different is that for every 1 volume count on the tesla unit it is like at least 2 on the stock unit. On the stock unit I could go to around 30 before getting too loud and scared for the speakers. On the tesla unit I can't go above 15.
I'm working on a video on the differences but until then you can join the Tesla radio Facebook group and message him on there. facebook.com/groups/1942765552407328/
You have two options for SiriusXM: 1. install the XM android app on the unit (requires internet connection) 2. Install an XM Commander Touch: www.amazon.com/SiriusXM-Commander-Full-Color-Touchscreen-Dash-Mounted/dp/B016NXEBU2/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=thefrugee-20&linkId=2aee63b00daa8ae8782a0d355665e363&language=en_US

Could you provide a link for the person that created the custom UIs? How much did he charge for them? I believe in your last video his name was Sergey

How did you get it to look like that? The default appearance is different looking.
I run an aftermarket custom firmware that enables all the themes among other things.
You mentioned a custom firmware. How did you get that

With adapter yes.
Is the sound better? My factory is weak.
