I made this cart from your specs. It turned out great except I had to add a sleeve attachment to the reciprocating arm. It got worn fairly quickly with continued use. No big deal.
The trailer is amazing! Everything spring I pull the bolts out and grease them. So far they’ve been holding up. I totally agree that bushings would be better though.
Hey Alex, The axles are rated for 1250lbs each but the tires I’m using are only rated for 400lbs each. There are high speed axles I bought from Princess Auto. I think they’re $79.99 but normally go on sale for $49.99. Thanks Andrew

Thats one tough old man to be welding without gloves on. I did that ONE time... blistered the hell out of my hands.
He is tough… even in his mid 80’s.
Comment for the algorithm to help the channel 👍 .
Thanks for that!

Looking good, I miss my welder
I bought this welder about 10+ years ago and this is the first time I have had a chance to use it. :)
me gusto demasiadooo
:)
Great project 👍 looks good so far
Thank you sir!
I need to hurry up as winter is coming quickly!
Hi love the build. Do you have plans available?? I’m on a super remote island in Indonesia and this set up would be fantastic for my property 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Hi Joel,
We don’t have any printed plans but episode 9 should have everything you might be looking for.
Thanks
Andrew
Living the Northern Life thanks so much 🤙🏼🤙🏼
We had 5 rubicon’s. We are down to two because we bought a 5 passenger Honda 1000 pioneer with glass front and back. And heater.
They’re 520’s now aren’t they?
I think a friend of mine had a Rincon and I think it was a 600.
I either need a bigger quad or a compact tractor now.
@@LivingtheNorthernLife yes they were all 520
Good thing you had that hard hat on. Just need to wear a covid mask
My hearing is worth more to me than that.
Why not have the axle spindle goes through both pieces of square? Or why did you choose to extend the square out with another piece with the axle?
Wheel spacing from the walking suspension. This gives room for the tire not to rub against it.
Very Nice. how many kg does each axle support in weight?
Hey Alex,

Did you use bearing for the pivot points?
Hi Robert,
We didn’t use any bearings on the pivot points.
Thanks
Andrew
welding with barehands lol great way to get skin cancer real fast
Thanks for your concern
Andrew
Nicee🤩
Thank you!
I've seen welders take a new stick for every weld, sometimes five inch waste. I m more like you if it has flux on it i will burn it to the end.
Ya I don’t have that kinda cash to throw around.
Hope you enjoy the video!
Andrew
Quero esse projeto
It's a great trailer that's for sure!
Такой прицеп к мотоциклу или к мопеду, оставив заднее ведущее колесо на месте., а удлинив только раму.
There are lots of uses and attachments that the base can be used for.
Where did u get ur hubs and tirea

Do u have a set of plans for sell
Unfortunately I don't.
I do have all the parts and measurements in Part 9 of the series if you want to watch it and write them down.
Thanks
Andrew
These videos would be better, had you brought us closer in on what you were actually doing.
Ya, this was 3 years ago.
Trying to get better but wasn’t really thinking about a “how to” while recording this.
Andrew
La idea es muy buena, pero los soldadores malísimos 👎
they haven't broke yet... carried some big loads too.

Watch those arms you will get sunburnt from.welder ☹️
For sure!
I did buy a welding coat from Amazon in a later episode in this series.
Welds look porous. Is the rod damp?
Welding without gloves is just wrong.
Thank you for the feedback.
GET OUT OF THE WELDING SMOKE PLUME!!!!
Oh Man!
It's the only bad habit we have! 😂😂😂
Just kidding!
Thanks for looking out for us!
I love your work and I also work as a welder like you. Can I have your Facebook page? Thank you.
Thank you but we really don't have much of a Facebook page
Where did you get the axels an hubs from ?
We bought them from Princess Auto.
They normally go on sale for 50% so i think they were $39.99 on sale (maybe $49.99)
