CESAR BECAME AN ACTIVE FIGURE IN THE UNDERGROUND BALLROOM SCENE IN HARLEM IN THE LATE 1980'S IN WHICH HE WON MANY TROPHIES IN THE VOGUE, POP, DIP AND SPIN CATEGORY. ALSO KNOWN AS VOGUE, THE OLD WAY.WINNING IN MANY OTHER FASHION CATEGORIES AS WELL.
CESAR WENT ON TO WORK IN MUSIC VIDEOS AND ON TOUR WITH ARTISTS SUCH AS:TONI BRAXTON, K7, CARMEN ELECTRA, MALCOLM MCCLAREN, TONY TERRY AND SWEET SENSATION TO NAME A FEW.
APPEARED IN DOCUMENTARIES ABOUT THE UNDERGROUND BALLROOM SCENE. SUCH AS PARIS IS BURNING(DIRECTED BY JENNIE LIVINGSTON), THE HOUSE OF TRES(DIRECTED BY DIANE MARTEL AND THE RUBBER PROJECT. APPEARED IN FASHION PUBLICATIONS ABOUT VOGUING SUCH AS SPANISH VOGUE, PAZZO, DETAILS, VANITY FAIR, THE TV GUIDE AND NIGHTLIFE MAGAZINE.
RECENTLY CELEBRATED 35 YEARS AS AN ENTERTAINER AND HAS NO PLANS ON RETIRING ANY TIME SOON.
