I am a Bengali and I used to listen many times that Bengali language is very sweet. Today I witnessed the best proof of that. When Manoj sir said the dialouges in Bihari,it sounds with extra swag than the hindi one😂...full Sardar Khan type...but when Konkona said it in Bengali it really sounds so sweet that it seems to me like a father is literally writing a letter to his son/daughter in Bengali😂.
I would like to comment on something which I don't know how many of you observed.. Manoj sir n konkona both were very loud n weirdly chirpy unlike how they used to be almost always.. And I'm their huge fan as they both are massively talented..
Konkona is the rare case of nepotism who is also immensely talented. However, with her average looks, had she not been the daughter of a filmstar, she would never have made it to the big screen. Let's take a moment to appreciate her acting talent, but let's also take a moment to appreciate all the similarly talented female actors who will never get a big role because of their complexion. (Kajol is another example, and she also has a filmstar mother)

Infodumping here- Bihari isn't a language. Bihar has multiple languages- Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi and many more. And they're not dialects of Hindi. Infact geneologically, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi are closer to Bengali than Hindi. Meaning to say- all these are Eastern Indo-Aryan languages (Bengali, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi) which branched out from Hindi, Punjabi, Haryanvi and all. Also also, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi- these have something called Gender Agreement (thus, the feminine-masculine distinction on the verbs) like Hindi which Bengali doesn't. -a Linguist pursuing a PhD in Linguistics
Bihar has so many dialects which are very distinctive to each other. The one Manoj sir is exhibiting here is spoken only in a certain part of Bihar. And yes, the most well known since it’s propagated widely as being THE Bihari dialect.
