That Hal Blaine did look interesting. I just wish it was more than him going crazy on drums. If it was actual songs with long drum solos I would pick it up.

I have the Hal Blaine album. It is interesting but not something that gets repeat listens. Live albums can be hit or miss. My #1 is the Miles.

Little to much live on this upcoming RSD, but there are some interesting records.
There always is, but ya, some really interesting stuff. I need to narrow down my list.
I have 2 CD's by Medeski Martin And Wood, good conemporary jazz trio,so they have a vinyl release at RSD? cool,mike

my nearest RSD is 120 miles east ofme in Casper,Wy,its just not worth if for me to drive that far,that Chet Baker album is the only one id be interested in.
Thats tooooooooo far!! I have all the Chet Baker RSD releases. I never listen to them 😢
There's never anything I can live without, but I'd like the Dolphy, Chet, Off and New York Noise on Soul Jazz. Also the Ayler, but I can wait for the official release.

Thanks for making this. I would have totally over looked “flash and the dynamics” album! I love that 1967-1972ish Latin jazz scene. Can’t get enough of it. I’ve already contacted my local record store :).
The other 2 on my list are the Peter Tosh live show and maybe the Our Lady Peace comp.
