Driving in Finland No.15 - Who thinks Finnish drivers are rude?

Here's a classic example.
You're pulling out from a junction when a car comes to turn into the same road. Instead of waiting to let you out, the other car cuts straight in.
If this was the UK, the incoming driver would almost certainy stop to let you out BEFORE they turned in - especially on a narrow road. It's polite and no hardship for the driver turning in.
