    How much useable thread do you want on each heim end?

    I have your 1 1/4 chromoly heims 1" bolt that has 1.62" of usable threads keep in mind thats all of the thread that is exposed with the nut in play. so that leaves me with only 1" of threaded going into your 2.5" aluminum links that are both top and bottom 35 1/2" long. Do you see this as a problem. the top heims are buried into the links all the way. If I shorten the bottom ones anymore Im getting into a driveline issue at bottom out right now I have +7 caster on the front axle to eliminate the collisions of the upper link to the driveline at bottom out I currently have 1/2" from contact at bottom out.

    So, do you measure that distance while the axles are at ride height with the rear axle oriented the way it will be when the driveshaft is in place? I mean, accidentally shortening or lengthening the upper control arms will affect how the anti squat (or anti dive) changes with respect to wheel travel, won't it? I like your videos BTW. Thank you!

    What are the bearings on the end called?

      Are you referring to the Rod Ends? (or known as Heim Joints)
