He is a great actor. I liked him best when he played Willie in the sci-fi series 'V'😊

I was 4 in 1984. The three things I remember scaring me was V during a wicked thunderstorm. The demon coming up from the ground pool in Amnityville Horror 3 and A Nightmare on Elm Street. I WAS TO THE POINT OF OBSESSED! The self mutilation finger slicing, face peeling, and gut maggot slicing in the boiler room.
I never realized until years later between '88 ANOES 4 and Ford Fairlane. '90 two of my favorite Renny Harlan films. Well? Die Hard as well. I always knew who Robert Englund was and what he looked like IRL. But it slipped my memory about V. From pne Robert to another he's always had some kind of an influence on me from fedora to dramatic acting.

Do you mean to tell me you really don’t know who Freddy Krueger is Robert England. That’s the guy you played Freddy Krueger you know the guy that has the fedora hat the guy that wears a red and green sweater the guy that has a glove on which has knives on it. You need to get your facts straight or at least watch a couple of his movies I mean me and my wife even we know who Freddy Krueger is. And this is why I do not understand anything about this generation none whatsoever 80s yeah 90s yes today’s generation absolutely not today’s generation stinks
