Hi Guys welcome back to my Channel! Today’s Tutorial is how to make a Dark Chocolate raspberry Mudcake.
Mudcake Recipe (makes 2 x 6inch round cakes) or (1 x 7inch round)
250g Butter
150g Dark Chocolate
335g Water
150g Plain Flour
180g Self Raising Flour
30g Cocoa Powder
220g White Sugar
215g Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
Raspberry Jam
200g Frozen Raspberry
55g Caster Sugar
Dark Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream
95g Egg whites
75g Caster Sugar
226g Salted Butter
190g Good Quality Dark Chocolate
Fresh Raspberries for decoration and crushed Oreos
