She had mistakenly mentioned that Quran is not about to read it and applied in the life that is wrong Quran about the rules and guidelines it is life style Quran is steering the human lives but in hudod ( the punishment ) it has to applied by the right person (the ruler, the judge) and those must have the witnesses and the clues that the sinners did that for example who is steeling and repeatedly doing this must cut off his hand , who is killing innocent people he must be killed there are more and many examples and there scholars who are really aware by hudood (Islamic barriers-punishments) can discuss better than me so no Quran is a life style
